Parents can read public guides and help the student prepare documents, but this app does not currently expose a separate parent account or dashboard.
What should I complete first?
Finish the student profile and upload required identity and transcript documents before submitting applications.
Why does profile strength matter?
Profile strength helps UniGeni.ai identify better program matches and reduces missing information during applications.
Can I update my preferences later?
Yes. You can edit profile fields and rerun search or eligibility checks after your preferences change.
Does UniGeni decide admission?
No. UniGeni.ai helps organize your application and estimate fit. The university makes the final admission decision.
Why does /programs redirect to search?
The current UniGeni.ai app uses /search as the program discovery route, while individual program pages still live under /programs/[slug].
Is the eligibility checker final?
No. It is a planning tool. The final admission decision comes from the institution after official review.
Where do I upload my transcript?
Start in Dashboard > Profile for reusable transcript storage, then check each application requirement to see if the transcript must be attached there too.
