By accessing or using Unigeni.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

Unigeni.ai is an online platform that helps students discover universities, explore academic programmes, and connect with education counsellors. Services include:

• University and programme search and comparison tools
• Educational guides and resources
• Matching with independent education counsellors
• Application support and offer tracking

Unigeni.ai does not guarantee admission to any institution. Final admission decisions rest solely with universities.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement, Unigeni.ai is not a university, lender, scholarship provider, immigration authority, or credentialing body.

Programme information displayed on the Platform, including tuition, fees, deposits, scholarships, financial aid, discounts, living costs, currency conversions, rankings, deadlines, availability, eligibility, requirements, and related estimates ("Programme Data"), may be provided by institutions, counsellors, public websites, third-party providers, or automated systems.

Programme Data is provided for general information and comparison only. It is not a binding quote, price guarantee, scholarship award, offer of admission, invoice, or financial, legal, tax, immigration, or education advice. Official information from the relevant institution, funding provider, lender, testing body, payment processor, government authority, or other primary source controls over anything shown on the Platform.

You are responsible for verifying all Programme Data directly with the relevant official source before applying, enrolling, paying, borrowing, booking travel, or making any other decision. Tuition, fees, scholarships, exchange rates, deadlines, availability, eligibility rules, and programme requirements can change without notice and may vary by citizenship, residency, intake, campus, study mode, scholarship status, payment date, or institution policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unigeni.ai is not responsible for any discrepancy, error, omission, delay, stale information, currency conversion difference, or changed third-party requirement in Programme Data, even if the discrepancy is small or affects your costs. We may correct, remove, or update Programme Data at any time and have no obligation to honor a displayed amount, reimburse a difference, or compensate losses arising from reliance on Programme Data.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information in any form or application
• Use the Platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unigeni.ai and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Rejection of university or visa applications
• Discrepancies in tuition, fees, scholarships, currency conversions, programme costs, deadlines, eligibility, or other Programme Data
• Decisions you make in reliance on displayed estimates or third-party data
• Interruptions or errors in Platform availability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, appropriate legal channels.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Registered users are notified of significant changes by email.
