Step by step

Follow the workflow

  1. Know what counselors can help with

Counselors can review shortlist fit, documents, application requirements, tasks, notes, and readiness for submission.

  2. Use student tasks as the shared action list

Follow-up tasks are visible to students when counselor or requirement workflows need action.

    Open student tasks
  3. Counselors should use the portal queue

Counselors work from students, applications, documents, reports, invites, and saved program areas in the counselor portal.

    Open counselor portal
  4. Escalate unclear or blocked applications

If a document is rejected, a requirement is ambiguous, or an intake is uncertain, use counselor notes or support channels before resubmitting.

Questions

Can counselors submit for me?

Counselor workflows can support review and follow-up, but student identity and application ownership must stay tied to the authenticated student.
